work in hospitals and general practice to
gain experience and be better doctors.
During this training they work long hours
and at times in an unhealthy working
condition. We believe the
environment where these doctors are
trained should be healthy. If doctors
enjoy working they will become a better
doctor |
| Unhealthy hospitals or
surgeries are not good for training
doctors or working. They ruin doctors and
their family life. Doctors go home with
bags of problem and expect their partner
and family to shoulder their frustration.
A non medical partner finds it hard and
feels helpless but a medically educted
partner has no time. We just do not know
how a single doctor could cope. |
| The
British Medical Association has tried its
best to alleviate the problem, but are
not successful. Junior doctors who have
approached the senior doctors and the
Royal Colleges but have been let down
very badly. |
| Since training programme of
doctors has changed, the working
condition has been declining. We feel you should
have an independent platform that
guarantees confidentiality to implement
changes in working condition in the NHS |

is to help you and you partner or
children to let others know about what
happened and what you would expect to
happen in your working environment and
family. |
| We will inform the person or
the hospital and expect them to rectify
the problem. If they do not agree to
implement changes we will publish the
name of such hospitals or surgeries in
our Black
List. |

hospitals and surgery clean up their act
and treat doctors better. |

and at times stupid. |

money for the work they do. |
